ABOUT THIS WINE: An exciting new-wave Spanish red made from the local Bobal variety in the up-and-coming region of Utiel-Requena. Winemaker Pable Ossorio has created a modern style of fruity, easy-drinking wine from a traditional Spanish grape by using the very latest production techniques.
SERVING: Serve at room temperature, or very lightly chilled. This makes an ideal party wine as it is delicious on its own or you can pair it with mild cheeses, light savoury snacks, tapas, pizzas and sausages.
KEEPING: This wine is best enjoyed while it is young and fresh, within 6 months of purchase. Once opened, finish it within 3 days and reseal the bottle between servings, keeping it in a cool, dark place.

This wine is delicous and such good value. It's got a very rich velvety smooth taste, and at a mere £3 a bottle is so worth it. Be warned once opened it flows !!

So easy to drink

This is very lovely, easy to drink wine. Maybe even too easy :-)) 12 bottles disappeared with the speed of light.
For that price it's a bargain as well. Would expect to pay more for this sort of quality and taste. Glad I am not having to though!!:-))

this is a lovely wine, very enjoyable fresh, light flavour, most unusual and difficult to find (a bit like a nice, light beaujolais). The alcohol content is lower than most at 11.5 and it is fabulous value at £3 per bottle.
