  When blending this champagne for us, fifth-generation winemaker Manuel Janisson selected only the best Grand Cru fruit from old vines grown in his treasured family vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. Extended aging over three years has leant creamy complexity and depth of flavour to this delightfully refreshing champagne.
