I took advantage of the perfect fit service, a wise move and something I would recommend to every woman out there before buying a new bra. I purchased a bra on the day and ordered another one to be delivered to the store which arrived within three days. Perfect.

Satisfactory purchase
I was very pleased with this bra. I have bought this style on previous occasions and can recommend it. I also bought this style in black and it was equally good quality. I would buy it again - and most probably will!

Very poor quality
I have purchased different colours of this bra over the past two years and the quality has been OK. They last about 6 months of reasonable wear and then I buy a new one as the sizing and styling are good and at £15 you can't expect the earth. It's also good to get larger cup sizes at this price and on the high street. But the last one I bought lasted a few weeks and both the wires came out. Good old M and S refunded me straightaway but it has made me wonder if the material or factory had changed and I am now wondering whether to pay the extra and go to Bravissimo. I may have been unlucky. Or it might be the bra. I probably won't risk it again. And that's a real shame.

Lovely fit
Very pretty supportive black bra in a large size. So comfortable, the straps do not dig in at all.
