Great denim skirt!
I love the fit - I bought the blue denim one which I wear all the time - my only criticism is that the belt loops are smaller than the standard size so I can't wear my usual leather belt that goes with all my jeans and the M&S velvet mini-skirt I bought recently. I'm now searching for a slightly narrower belt to wear with this.

fancied the above skirt,but my local m&s didnt have my sjze,so I came home and ordered it on line,,,glad I did!

too short
Skirt is on the short side & I ordered my usual size but found although it fitted at the waist the design of the buttons it made them gape in certain areas (I don't think I have enormous thighs either!!) not a flattering look! Went straight back.

Great casual or smart skirt
As always, the quality of M&S is excellent. The sizes are generous, so keep this in mind when ordering, but not in a ridiculous way. However, I much prefer that shops give a little extra material rather than make you feel fat for not fitting into their sizes!!
I have dressed this skirt up for an evening meal and down for a day at uni. It's really comfortable, a nice colour which although is a bit different to blue denim, not too "out there"! I could probably even get away with wearing it on placement on the wards.
It is quite expensive for a skirt, but I was willing to pay it for something that fits well and will last. It won't go out of fashion anytime soon!
