Decide the quantity and denominations of vouchers or gift cards you require.

Complete our online order form or call us on 0845 602 0602.

Step 3

Make a payment via BACS/CHAPS, credit card, request a ProForma Invoice or set up a credit account.

Step 4

Your order will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

Check that we deliver to your postcode.

Step 2

Register or log in if you’ve already registered.

Step 3

Select the menu or items you want to order.

Step 4

Choose your delivery date & time at checkout.

Step 5

Pay by Credit Card or Credit Account and we’ll send your order confirmation.

Clothing, Flowers and Wine Case Orders:

  • Save 2.5% On orders over £1,500
  • Save 5% On orders over £5,000
  • Save 7.5% On orders over £10,000

Discounts exclude white goods, electricals, technology, made to measure shirts and Lunchtogo. Discounts are only available on the full Retail Selling Price. Products already in promotional offers and deals are excluded.

Payment Options

To make life easier, we offer a range of payment options:

  • Credit account facilities offering 28-day payment terms for M&S Voucher and cards and 30 days for LunchToGo. Download a credit application account form for Credit Account for M&S Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Food & Wine Gifts & Clothing. Download a credit application account form for an M&S LunchToGo Credit Account.
  • BACS and CHAPS payments. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of cleared funds.
  • Cheque payments. These require 10 working days from receipt before order processing.
  • Payment by Credit Card.
