Look really good in the room, lovely finish, but bottoms of drawers feel flimsy and drawer size not that great. Would hve preferred less draws with more space in each, but am happy with my purchase, but would not have paid the non-sale price for it.

Very well made. Style and colour perfect for the room. All assembled. Delivery service perfect in every way. Thank you to the delivery staff who were excellent. Bought with a discount but is still worth the full price.

Really disappointed with the quality from M&S, and given other furniture we've had from them for years. Surface was scratched and the painted finish incomplete, one draw didn't open at all, the drawers are on wooden grooves not even proper runners, and there are gaps down the side of the drawers so big that you could see the floor below! Even worse was the process for returns - a month wait for someone to come and look at it and then 2-3 weeks to replace IF they couldn't repair. I had to escalate and ask for it all to be picked up as it was shocking. Sad to say, don't buy as on this occasion you'd get better quality from IKEA. Sorry M&S :(

Very Good Item, Good Quality & Delivery service was really good

I'm happy with this as it looks smart in the bedroom and was the closest thing I could find to what I wanted, at a reasonable price (I bought it on special offer). As someone else mentioned it does show finger marks, especially when brand new. My main reservation is the drawers are not very deep and the lower three are effectively shallower than they look due to a 'lip' on the frame that they close against.

we had been searching for black furniture to go with recently installed black & white glass sliderobes. this was the only decent black furniture we could find at a good price. we looked at range in store but it looks so much better in our bedroom - much chunkier /solid appearance, probably as our room is smaller than a large store. the black painted finish is excellent - does not appear like it would chip easily, looks more like a 'dipped' paint finish. the only negative I would have is that the bottoms of the drawers feel a little flimsy - besides that very well made/finished. we purchased the bed, tallboy drawers and two bedside tables - looks absolutely fantastic - better than we thought ! highly recommended.
