- When are hampers delivered?

Hamper Type Delivery Details Delivery Charges Chilled Hampers Chilled hampers must be ordered at least three days before delivery. Chilled hampers are available for delivery on 19, 20, 21 and 22 December 2012. These dates are subject to confirmation at time of ordering. Due to the perishable nature of food in these hampers, and to make sure they reach their recipient in perfect condition, please ensure there is someone to receive the delivery. We cannot deliver these hampers to the Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or overseas. No extra charge for standard delivery.

Since many food items are perishable, we do not accept returns except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Can I create a personalised hamper?
We do not offer this service at the current time.
- Can chilled hampers be redelivered?
We can only attempt delivery once for chilled hampers so please ensure someone is available to receive the hamper. This is to ensure perishable foods reach their recipient in perfect condition.
- Do you offer special dietary needs hampers?
Yes. We always have vegetarian hampers on offer.
- I need help using the hamper and gift order form. Who should I contact?
