Nice Ale
Does not need a big chill. Bought two cases being a dummy shold have bought more.
Mr/Mrs M&S ask Meantime breweries to brew some more for sale in the store or online PLEASE.........

Surprising purchase
After enjoying a few red ales whilst in Canada, I wanted to try and find something to have back home. I scoured high and low but could only find this one. At first I was annoyed at having to buy 6 large bottles but did so anyway. That feeling soon went after delivery. I was very impressed indeed with the Greenwich Red Ale. The ale is pretty good. Has a nice refreshing taste without being too much like a lager. Would definitely recommend.

Not as expected.
I ordered a "case of 20" but it tirned out to be a case of 6 due to a website error. Quite disapointed.

Lacking depth.
I'll start with the positives- a very nicely presented bottle. That's about it I'm afraid. This ale disappointed with its thin flavours and dilute texture, it lacks depth of flavour and struggles to offer any dominant flavour character. I tried chilling a bottle and considering it a light, refreshing ale for a warm day but the colder it got the thinner the flavour. In the end I made shandys with the remaining bottles for friends at a BBQ, this went down well and I was glad to see it all used up.
