  This irresistibly refreshing, succulent modern rosé comes from the sunny south of France, around the town of Beziers, and was made from a blend of ripe Syrah and Grenach grapes.
• The fruit was harvested at night when temperatures are lower, which helps retain maximum freshness in the finished wine. The winemaker, Cedric Jenin, has left this wine unoaked so its bright flavours really shine through
