ABOUT THIS WINE: The classic crispness and green fruit character of the Sauvignon Blanc grape is evident here, but this wine has a soft ripeness too. This reflects the sunny, warm climate of the Gascony region in the south of France, where the grapes were grown. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap. Our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It is delicious enjoyed on its own as a refreshing aperitif, but don't miss the opportunity to pair it with oysters and other shellfish, tomato salad, grilled fish and - a classic French marriage - goats' cheese.

ABOUT THIS WINE: The Chardonnay grape makes wines of great complexity and richness, but this example is also well balanced, with a light, refreshing quality. This has been achieved by aging just 20% of the wine in new oak barrels. We worked closely with Cédric Jenin in the south of France to create this style.
SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It can enjoyed on its own as an aperitif but it has enough richness to partner lobster, crab and scallops, and it will also match chicken and baked cheese dishes such as quiche and soufflé.
KEEPING: Ready to drink now, but this wine can also be kept for up to 1 year after the date of purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition if the bottle is resealed and stored in a cool, dark place.

ABOUT THIS WINE: A smooth, round French red made from 100% Merlot grapes. It is especially ripe, aromatic and fruity - you can almost taste the sunny climate of the South of France where it is made. 25% of the blend was aged in American barrels to give the finished wine a subtle kick of spicy oak. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap, our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature. Because it is so soft and fruity, you can enjoy it on its own, but this wine is also a perfect partner for charcuterie, pork or veal dishes and mild cheeses.
KEEPING: This Merlot is ready to drink now, or it will keep for a further 12 months after the date of purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if you reseal the bottle and store it in a cool dark place.
