What is the Gift Wrap Service?

If you are ordering a gift, we can gift wrap the items and add your own personal message, making your present even more special.

We will choose the most appropriate wrapping from small and large drawstring bags; or small, medium, large and extra large gift boxes. The Christmas gift boxes shown in the photograph will be used up to our last Christmas order date of 22 December.

There are a few items that we can't gift wrap including: food, flowers, plants, food and wine gifts, gift cards, items collected in stores and added gifts sent with bouquets.

If you don't want your gift item wrapped, you can still add a personal message free with most gifts, except for Made to Measure shirts, food, and items collected in stores.

How much does the gift wrap service cost?

  • Gift wrap and message  - £2.95 per item
  • Gift message only - Free

Where gift wrap is offered, we will select the most appropriate type of gift wrapping from the selection shown. If we are unable to gift wrap an item that is too big or awkwardly shaped, we will let you know.

 

 

How do I gift wrap my order?

When you go through checkout, you'll see that on the "Choose your delivery services page", there's a tick box under "Does your order contain gift items?". Tick the box and click the "Continue" button. On the next page, you'll see options to add gift wrap plus a message, or just a free gift message.

You can add a message for each item in your order, useful if you are ordering gifts for a number of recipients.

You can also choose not to show prices on the parcel summary document that comes with the order, tick the 'Gift receipt' box to specify this when placing your order.

Can I get a refund on gift wrap?

Should you wish to cancel or return an order that was gift wrapped; we don’t refund the gift wrap service charge unless in accordance with your legal rights.

Can I change my gift wrap options?

If you need to add or change the gift wrap or message for an order you've already placed, you may do so in My Account as long as the order has not entered the despatch process. Click the link to 'Change gift options'. After selecting the order you wish to change, click the 'Change' button underneath the individual item, next to 'Gift Options'. On the next page, enter or edit your gift message, then click 'Save changes' to complete the process.

We will send you an email confirming any changes you make to your gift wrap options.

If you wish to change the gift message for a flower order after you have selected your product, but not yet confirmed your order, you can do so by returning to the product detail page and amending the message there before re-entering the checkout.  Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to amend the gift message without cancelling the order and placing a new one.
