- Can I use Gift Vouchers online?
At the moment you cannot use paper gift vouchers online. These can only be used in store however our gift cards can be used both online and in store.
- Can a consumer buy paper Gift Vouchers?
If a consumer has a business they can get set up as a corporate customer and then we can deliver paper gift vouchers to their business address.
- Can I order lunch and vouchers on the same account?
You cannot order lunch and vouchers on the same account. You would have to set up two separate accounts as the orders are placed on two separate ordering systems.
- Can I put a message in my voucher/gift card holder?
Yes you can. These orders would have to be emailed or faxed to the team and they would contact you with a quote of how much this would cost.
- Do you offer different styles of gift card/gift card wallets?
We do have the option to order a Christmas wallet at Christmas time. The gift card remains the same, M&S branded black and green

We offer the following discounts for large gift voucher orders: £2,500 to £49,999 - 2.5% discount £50,000 or over - 5% discount
- Where do you deliver gift vouchers?
We deliver gift vouchers to any business address in the UK and Northern Ireland.
- What if I lose my gift card or gift voucher?
Gift Cards and gift vouchers should be treated with care, as no refunds are available for lost cards.
- How are gift vouchers delivered?
Gift vouchers are delivered in a sealed secure envelope by special delivery Royal Mail. A signature will be needed upon delivery.
- What denominations do you offer?
We offer gift vouchers in the following denominations: £1, £5, £10 & £25 and Euro 5, 10 & 20. Gift cards from £1 to a maximum of £500.00
- When will my bulk gift voucher order be delivered?
For orders received before 11:30am, we offer next day secure delivery. Any orders after 11:30am will be delivered within 48 hours.
- Is there a charge for Gift Voucher delivery?
Postage is free for bulk delivery to one address. Costs will depend on your order for bulk deliveries to various sites and individual deliveries to home addresses. Please call us on 0845 6020602 to discuss.
- Do you put gift vouchers into envelopes and cards?
We offer a separate fulfillment service - please ask for details on 0845 602 0602.
- Are wallets and envelopes free?
Yes, wallets and envelopes are free of charge, please ask for these when placing your order.
- Who will deliver my gift voucher order?
Orders up to £7,500 will be delivered by the Post Office. Orders over this amount are sent by courier/security company.
- Can you deliver gift vouchers to multiple addresses?
Yes. There's an additional cost for this.
