Directions:  For optimum protection apply liberally 15 minutes prior to sun exposure and 15 minutes after sun exposure. An average size adult is recommended to apply 1 teaspoon of sunscreen to each arm, leg, front of body and back of body and half a teaspoon to the face (including ears and neck). Re-apply frequently and always after swimming
