We offer a wide range of fish, wild and farmed, working closely with our suppliers to ensure we source both types responsibly and safely. We choose each supplier for their outstanding quality, using technologists at all stages of the process to maintain standards, and can trace all fish right back to the boat or farm they came from.
 
Although our range varies with each season we offer over 25 species, from shellfish and crustaceans, to white fish and oily fish.

Most wild fish stocks are fished to their limits, so using fish farms helps us meet year round customer demand, and we’re also funding research projects to bring wild species into farming and restocking schemes for Scottish Salmon and Cornish Lobster. As the first retailer to offer cod farmed from eggs in Scotland, we’re now planning to farm other species to further reduce pressure on wild stocks. All farms follow our high standards of environmental control and fish welfare, and we make sure fish feed contains no GM ingredients.

We have been rated as the leading retailer for responsible fishing by Greenpeace, the Marine Conservation Society and the Seafood Choices Alliance, and were awarded the Fit for the Future prize for our standards in fish farming
