Aberdeen Angus beef is renowned for its superior flavour and quality.

Ours comes from traditionally farmed suckler herds. We insist on proof of pedigree, so we know the name of every single bull. This special reserve Aberdeen Angus t-bone steak comes from only the very best Angus sides, with the perfect degree of marbling, matured on the bone for exceptional tenderness and unbeatable flavour.

We’ve been selling Aberdeen Angus beef for over 10 years and we are proud to say that 50% of Aberdeen Angus in the UK comes to M&S.

Sausages and bacon

Good sausages and bacon need good ingredients – that’s why our speciality range is only made with outdoor bred pork.
With our free range Suffolk dry cure back bacon, we’ve kept it simple. This bacon comes from free range pigs reared on selected farms in the rolling Suffolk countryside. The meat is hand rubbed with natural sea salt and slowly matured using traditional methods for a mellow but distinctively full flavour.

Cuxwold pork

Cuxwold pork comes from outdoor bred pigs, which have been reared on two select farms in Norfolk and Lincolnshire.
Traditional Cuxwold breaded gammon is produced for us by Geo Adams, a family business established in 1910. It’s made from pork which is cured using traditional ingredients, then matured for five days before being gently cooked and hand rolled in golden breadcrumbs.
