I bought this bra and yes it is probably the best bra at eliminating bounce(for short runs only), but it is an absolute nightmare to get on! and after a 15 mile run has left my breasts extremely grazed! and very painfull(34d and was fitted by and m and s bra fitter!)

Best sports bra for the money June 28, 2009

All in all, this sports bra offers excellent support, is as attractive as a sports bra gets and is very comfortable to wear. I am a 34d-dd and this practically does eliminate bounce. Out of the many sports bras I own, I have only one that completely eliminates bounce and it was double the price of this and is hideous. I run, do spin, work out on the cross trainer, row and do aerobics/dance amongst others and I wear this for everything. It's breathable and remains comfy even after a 10km run. I like the fact that you keep a feminine sihouette with this on, as it doesn't squash the chest to be effective. I would say that its band size is smaller than other M&S sports bras so if you're inbetween band sizes I'd recommend the larger. It's slightly tricky to get off but no more than other racer backed sports bras. I think it's great and appearance-wise, it's the nicest sports bra I've got. Highly recommended.

WHAT WOMEN WANT !! June 27, 2009

I am a 32E and run 5 times a week and I need a bra that can support any training session that I undertake. It fits well is very supportive and when you are big busted and running around the streets it's nice to have a bra that doesn't make you feel like you may as well be a topless page 3 model running around for the perusal of any letching bloke who might just be driving by or walking by. What women want rather than what men want if you know what I mean !! Shame you have run out of my size!!
