Perfect for the room
Seemed to be designed perfectly for the space in the bedroom and the colour as well. Looks great very pleased. Also comfortable to sit on.

Emmett Chair
We bought two of these chairs after testing a lot of chairs - comfort was important, as well as style. We love the style and the colour which complements our new sofa. The chairs are very comfortable and although they were 'an everyday price' they look sturdy and the fabric looks to be hard wearing. They don't look 'cheap'. We are delighted with them.

Brilliant chair, brilliant service!
My emmett chair arrived today and I am very pleased. A comfy chair giving good support to the back. The size is compact but doesn't look too small next to other furniture. I ordered online and a couple of days later I received a call from customer service to arrange a delivery date and 2hr time slot. The young lady was very polite and helpful. The delivery men called when they were on their way. They were polite and pleasant and even put covers on their shoes before coming in! Well done M&S!

Quite pleased with this purchase
This is a very nice, comfortable chair. It has a stylish look and fits very well in the sitting area of my dining room. However I was disappointed that when it was delivered it had a small dirty mark on it and also one arm had slightly more stuffing in it than the other. M and S resolved the problem on the spot by giving me a decent discount. The alternative was to wait another six weeks for a new chair! I would have preferred to have paid full price for a chair which had been more thoroughly checked before delivery. Nevertheless I am pleased with the purchase.
