Double Handle Detachable Strap Holdall

Bought this as a Christmas present and it looks the biz. Won't know how good it is though as recipient unlikely to say if its not very good. However I am already impressed with Marks and Sparks service. Online buy which was delivered to local store for pick up in 2 days as promised and was kept fully notified by M&S email and phone.

My husband chose this bag for a weekend break. He is perfectly happy with it as he can't be bothered shopping around but I thought it to be poor quality compared with usual M&S standards. I read previous reviews and JRJ1 who reviewed his purchase on 17th October 2012 who said M&S are to change their website as it outlines the weekend bag as having an inner zipped pocket, I can assure the bag we have still doesn't have a zipped pocket but M&S are not advertising it with one. Having said all the above it is a roomy bag!

This is a nice bag and of good style and quality, but too small for the purpose of using it for a weekend away.

I paid the sale price for this bag and though the description does not say leather trim, I was hoping (for £60 normal price) this would be the case. The bag arrived - terrible lining and v tacky handles and trim. I sent it straight back. Absolutely NOT worth the money. Have successfully gone elsewhere.

I've been looking for a bag for weekends away for sometime and after much deliberation I decided on this on. It is well made, light and very roomy inside. The longer shoulder strap is very useful although the plastic 'shoulder rest' is superfluous and uncomfortable and I removed it after the first use. For the price this bag is very good value and sturdily made. I am very pleased I bought it.

Have just returned the holdall to M&S since it does not match the website description. Described as having an "inner zip pocket". It doesn't. Inner pocket is important - handy for receipts etc. when travelling. Holdall does though have a small outer unzipped pocket - not mentioned in website description. M&S to correct their website.
