  Jean-Marc Brocard, who made this wine purely from the fruit of the Domaine Pierre de Prehy, is one of the most experienced and well-known producers in the Chablis region of northern Burgundy. The grapes used were 100% Chardonnay, growing on the classic Kimmeridgian soils of the region, composed of limestone, clay and tiny fossils, which impart a mineral quality to the wine. This wine is unoaked and its naturally fruity character is lively and vibrant
