ABOUT THIS WINE: Sancerre is one of the great classic white wines of Loire Valley, and this premium example combines a crisp, dry, whistle-clean character - sometimes described as 'flinty' - with plenty of zesty fruit flavour. It has been made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from 30-year-old vines and it is unoaked. The winemaker was Daniel Brochard
