Crow's Fountain Shiraz Merlot Pinotage 2010 - Case of 6

• ABOUT THIS WINE:
  A fine and unusual blend. This red has a wonderfully open, fruity character and although it is fairly smooth and juicy, it has enough structure to make a good partner for rich meats. The Shiraz, Merlot and Pinotage grapes come from the Stellenbosch region where ocean breezes from False Bay moderate the hot sun.  The result is a finely balanced yet fully ripe wine.
• It was partially aged in oak for 12 months by the winemakers Jeff Grier and Anton Smal of the Villiera Winery. To retain the flavour and complexity this wine has only had a light filtration. This may result in a small harmless sediment forming over time in the bottom of the bottle.

KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now and will age for up to 18 months after purchase if stored correctly. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for two or three days if you reseal the bottle and keep it in a cool, dark place.
