  Bio Bio is now famous for grassy, citrus dominant Sauvignon with beautiful acidity and freshness. Winemaker Rodrigo Romero harvests the fruit gently with careful handling to produce delicate, refined wines. He has left the wine without oak to allow the purity of fruit to shine though.

  Enjoy this wine served chilled as an aperitif or with simply grilled fish, asparagus risotto or goats cheese soufflé.
