Stylish piece Good piece of furniture which combines good storage space with stylish design. Only slight drawback is that the drawers do not open and close easily. However overall I am very pleased with it. 01 April 2012

stylish addition to our living room light and interesting compared with all other shelving units we looked at. goes well with our oak floor and leather sofa...quite expensive but worth paying for the good design. not sure about the handles but they are not offensive...unfortunately I just missed the 2 for one offer and I could have had something else from the range 10 January 2012

designer collaboration I bought this bookcase under a premise that it was a product of collaboration with sir Terence Conran (i.e. the "Conran" reference). I think I was wrong since it is another designer. It is a good functional design, mid-century style and it is very good as a freestanding piece. It is much larger than I imagined so make sure you measure the space well. The drawers do not slide very well and must be forcefully moved so this needs improvement. The design of drawer knobs is al little funny too. Nonetheless I am keeping it. 29 November 2011
