M&S Collection Asymmetric Wrap Mini Skirt with Wool
M&S Asymmetric Wrap Mini Skirt with Wool
Interesting shape is what drew me to this skirt though from certain angles it can look as if I haven't done something up and it is drooping. I bought the skirt having seen it in a shop so I knew about the sparkles and chose it because this changed the look from an "ordinary" black skirt of which I have many! But would have been better if this feature was made more obvious in the website description because the picture does not show this well.
I would share the view that a 24 inch version would have been a good addition for those of us whose legs are not like a supermodels. Still fine with thick tights and will start to wear it nearer Christmas

Loved the style of this skirt needed a larger size for my waist but it ended up much to big on my hips

One of the best
Right up there with best of M & S products.
Fashionable but not to a young style for us older ladies

I decided to browse for a stretchy skirt instore as quality and sizing has been so unreliable lately - this is not stretchy but I decided to risk it, the first skirt of this kind I have bought in years. Fabric encouragingly decent lightweight tweed, hasnt creased, bagged or bobbled yet, though haven't washed it . At 5foot 2 the 18 inch is a reasonable short but not mutton dressed as lamb length on me. The size twelve is sheer vanity sizing but consistent with other M&S 12s these days. I love the asymmetric look and the metallic thread running through the weave is subtle and smart. It lacks the exaggerated saddlebag hips that used to ruin M&S skirts for me, I have a thick waist but slim hips and this skirt fitted me well. Well done M&S, you have given me hope for you yet.
