charlotte settee and armchair I bought these for my elderly mother as her chairs had seen better days. they look lovely and are very comfortable. I am now thinking of getting them for my own house. well done M & S. 29 April 2013

Very disappointed as really uncomfortable We are really disappointed with our Charlotte sofa as the seat cushions are so hard! It is not comfortable at all. When we tried the sofa in the store (before ordering) it did not feel this hard - so we assumed that the cushions would soften over time. This has not happened. I have complained to M&S but apparently nothing can be done. We are now stuck with a sofa that nobody wants to use. Very disappointed with M&S. 15 April 2013
