Depending on what you have ordered, you will often be able to cancel all or part of your order through My Account. Please see below for more information.
Clothing, homeware, selected technology products, gift cards, food gifts and wine cases You can cancel all or part of your order up until the time when we take payment. Payment is taken when your order is being prepared to send to you. You can make the changes online in My Account. Alternatively you can phone us on 0845 603 1 603 or click here to email us.
Flowers, plants and fruit baskets You can amend or cancel your order until your order is prepared for despatch. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, your order details may be prepared up to 3 days before your flowers are ready to be despatched. Cancellations and amendments are not possible on orders placed in this period. To amend your order online, sign in to My Account. Alternatively you can phone us on 0845 603 1 603 or click here to email us. Food to Order You can change your order until the minimum notice period starts. This will be 2 days, 5 days, 7 days or 21 days before the collection date depending on what you have ordered. If you placed the order online you can change it in My Account. Otherwise please phone 0845 604 4 604 or contact your local store.
Made to Measure Shirts As your shirt is made specifically for you, once you have placed the order, no changes or cancellation can be made, except in accordance with your legal rights. Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights. Large Technology Products e.g. large TVs and wine fridges As soon as you realise that you need to change your order, please contact us on 0845 603 1603 and one of our advisors will help you. If less than 3 working days' notice is given, our supplier reserves the right to charge you an additional £19.99 to cover additional delivery charges. Click here for Large Appliances Help Bed disposal service The bed disposal service cannot be cancelled individually. If you want to cancel the service, you will need to cancel and re-order your mattress, divan or bedstead. Please note this will affect the delivery of your product and you will lose any special offers unless they are still available at the time you re-order. |
