ABOUT THIS WINE: Familiar scents of wet pebbles and blanched nuts are matched by flavours of crunchy green apples and bracing acidity in this elegant and persistent French white. The Moreau family settled in Chablis in 1814 and sixth generation Louis Moreau is today passionately protective of the environment in which he farms, using only organic products and eschewing chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
