- ABOUT THIS WINE:
Casablanca Valley is one of Chile's most celebrated wine regions, and it makes especially fine, well-balanced fruity whites. This is partly due to cooling breezes from the nearby Pacific Ocean, which help keep the temperature down, ensuring a fresh aroma and crisp acidity in the finished wines. This is a fine, tangy example of Casablanca Sauvignon Blanc, made for us by Pablo Morande Lavin.
