  The grapes for this wine are 75% Colombard and 25% Chardonnay, picked in two regions of South Africa - Rawsonville, Worcester and the Breede River Valley, where the warm daytime temperatures but cooler nights lead to well-balanced fruit. Winemakers Walter Finlayson and Tinus Els have left the wine unoaked to let its bright fruity character shine through.
