How do I order my cake?

You can order online or complete the order form in the brochure and take it to the Food Information Desk at any participating M&S store. Alternatively, you can order by phone. As your cake is specially made for you, please allow 21 days (seven days for Traditional) for us to deliver it to your chosen store.

Which type of cake?

Pick from a selection of fruit, all-butter sponge filled with buttercream, and chocolate filled with chocolate ganache. For our iced cakes you can choose from white, ivory or chocolate-flavoured icing - either milk or white chocolate icing in some cases (depending on the filling you pick). Our chocolate wedding cakes are decorated with real chocolate. plaques and curls.

Which size of cake?

If you’re having an intimate wedding and would prefer a cake that you can tailor to suit fewer guests, our traditional wedding cakes are the ideal solution. They’re available in extra large, large and medium size, so you can mix and match the tiers or even opt for just one tier.

What if I need more portions?

Our cutting cake bars are ideal. These come in a variety of flavours and each bar gives you an extra 22 portions.

How does my cake arrive and how do I store it?

Each cake comes in a box. Simply keep the cake in its box (or boxes) somewhere dry and at room temperature. Our luxury fruit cakes should be eaten within 14 days of collection, and the chocolate and all-butter sponge cakes should be eaten within five days of collection. None of the cakes are suitable for freezing.

Will I need to decorate my cake?

The cakes are already beautifully decorated, so all you need to do is set them on the wedding table. But it’s also easy to add your personal touch, we’ve accessorised some of the cakes shown as examples. Please note, no accessories are included, except where stated.
