  Fully ripe Grenache and Syrah grapes were hand picked from bush wines in selected vineyards overlooking the church of Cairanne, in the hearth of the Rhône valley. Winemaker Eric Monnin carefully matured a portion of the blend in French oak barriques to add richness and complexity
