Buxton Large Sofa
We bought two large Buxton sofas for our conservatory, they arrived two months ago.We are most disappointed at the way in which the back support cushions sink whenever someone sits on the settee. They need to be plumped up after every use, as this is impractical they often look a mess.
Very disappointed that Marks and Spencer produce a sofa with this defect. would not feel able to recommend to anyone else.

I had this sofa now for a year and wished I had bought a cheaper one.
As the othe reviewers mentioned, the cushions sag after a very short time. After looking at sofas in an M&S showroom, we decided to get this one, as it seemed firm and well made. Once it arrived, it had nothing in common with the one we looked at. The feet could not be fixed to the sofa, and the cushions felt soft and inferior from the start. Our old one, out of a discount store, felt firmer after 8 years. We went back to the showroom to see, if we were mistaken, but the same sofa there has nice firm cushions! This was certainly the last time we bought one from M&S .

I have had my large Buxton sofa around 3 months now and have found it to be very comfortable. I got this at a 30% discount and that was enough to pay for it. Good quality but would not say excellent as have had to trim off loose cotton myself and this should have been done when it was quality checked before delivery. If my sofa has problems like the other 2 reviewers have had then I will write another review to say so. So far, so good......

Quality of leather poor. Received 8 weeks ago and seats are already sagging. Padding in one arm uneven. The two sofas we have bought look more like 2 years old. We are awaiting a visit from the manufacturer but not hopeful of a good result. Will give further review once outcome known.
