Cornish Ale:
ABOUT THIS BEER:
This bottle conditioned ale has been uniquely brewed using locally grown cornish gold malt, traditionally malted using a special klining process to develop a deep bronze colour and intense flavour.
SERVING:This beer works very well with traditional favourites like cottage pie or fisherman's pie or try it with a roast chicken dinner.
Somerset Ginger Beer
ABOUT THIS BEER:
This light and refreshing ginger beer is brewed with a blend of Amber, Pale and Chocolate malts, Nugget and Brambling Cross hops. Grated root ginger is added to the beer when brewing, resulting in a balanced, full-bodied beer with a subtle lingering spicy finish.
The Bath stone was used extensively during the Georgian era and the elegant building image on the front label represents the striking symmetrical architecture typical of the period.
SERVING:This beer goes well with fragrant Asian dishes such as sushi or a Thai curry. It's also perfect with barbecued meats or simply as a refreshing thirst quencher. Serve chilled but not too cold to appreciate all the flavours.
Cornish IPA
ABOUT THIS BEER
It is a "Cornish twist" on traditional India Pale Ales (IPAs) using locally grown malted barley, plenty of North American hops and Cornish spring water. The result is an extremely smooth and enticing full flavoured beer.
