Very poor quality

No, I don't recommend this

This is a very poor wine indeed - thin, acidic and mostly tasteless. It certainly does not live up to its description. It is oddly almost colourless, too.

Yes, I recommend this

Great wine, that we first tasted on a dine in deal, very dry and crisp and very drinkable. So much so we bought 2 cases !!!

Unpleasant wine

No, I don't recommend this

This was the only white offered in today's dine in promotion. I agree with other reviewers who disliked this wine. Tasting it before eating, then with food, it was so nasty I couldn't finish the glass and the bottle will be poured away. Thin, acidic, bitter. Yes a hint of apple but no honey. Altogether unpleasant, sorry.

Nice wine

Yes, I recommend this

I have to disagree with previous reviews. My husband is Spanish and from Extremadura. Having drank many Spanish wines over the past numberofyears this is one of the better ones. Light and fruity and easy to drink . Goes down well with a owl of olives and tapas type food.

Bellota wine

No, I don't recommend this

Wine had nothing on the nose or palate and an acidic after taste, a very bland wine indeed.

Don't buy this

No, I don't recommend this

I would have to agree with TAD1979 in all respects. I too bought it as part of a 'dine in' deal - usually the wines on these deals are fine and it is a good way to try new ones. This is awful. We tried to imagine sitting in the sun in Spain drinking it and then made a Kir (by adding creme de cassis) to make it drinkable. No success and we ended up throwing it down the sink. Whoever wrote the description on the bottle must have been drinking something else.

Sorry....

No, I don't recommend this

I hate panning things and writing bad reviews, but this is NOT a good wine. I don't know what it retails at I bought it as part of a 2 dine for £10. Colour is pale which should be a clue, because the wine is very thin and to be honest a little bitter. The label describes 'honeyed tones' and 'apple fruit'. I got zero honey and unless the apples are cooking apples..... If you want an interesting aperitif I would suggest a decent Aligote from Bourgogne or try something different and go for a Torrontes from Argentina.
