  The Languedoc region of southern France combines warm, sunny conditions with a traditional winemaking heritage. This Chardonnay marries a warm, ripe fruit character with an appealing delicacy of texture on the palate. The Bonfils winemakers achieved this by blending fruit from different locations, including one vineyard which grows at altitude in the Limoux area. A touch of oak gives the blend an extra element of creamy roundness
