To achieve a perfect balance of flavours in this wine, the highly experienced winemaking team at Bonfils have blended Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from two distinct terroirs. The first is at altitude, producing grapes with real freshness, the second is lower and warmer, yielding perfectly mature fruit with great concentration.
SERVING:
This wine is the perfect match for rustic meat dishes such as slow-cooked lamb shanks or beef casserole. Serve around 17-18°C.
