Looks lovely, but not the best quality!
Had this almost a year - it is a very lovely looking sofa, in Union Blue it is very stylish, and we find it pretty comfortable, but the springs have already gone!!! Have called M&S & we are now waiting for technicians to come & fix it so quite disappointed in the poor quality as not cheap!!

Don't buy this sofa
A total waste of money.
I have the large and the medium sofa in leather. They are uncomfortable and always look scruffy. However much you try to plump up the cushions they just sag back down and I have already bought new pads for the seat cushions. The arm cushions constantly slip onto the floor. I am considering getting an estimate to have both sofas re-upholstered.

To buy or not to buy
Having had the opportunity to 'test' out this sofa in my local store, the one delivered is much firmer to sit on. Presumably the cushions will soften with use. Regretting that I did not but the large sofa, as the medium one is just too small to stretch out on. But lovely colour and overall happy with my purchase.

Not for sitting on
Very disappointed with the 2 love seats we purchased a few years ago. They looked great to start with but the cushions have little support and need constant plumping - even after the first use. The springs have gone and the seats are now really uncomfortable.
The quality is poor - will not be going back to M&S for a new sofas to replace these.
