And did those feet.......?
Certainly not a typical sauvignon blanc; rather than being herbaceous this one leans more to viognier with hints of peach. So nice to taste a wine with a provenance out of the usual same old and it really is lovely. Great for fooling friends when tasted blind!

Absolutely delicious - and very versatile
I've never really looked at Israeli wine before - probably because it's not widely available in the UK. But this particular wine was recommended to me and wow! It's a very drinkable bottle but its strength is its versatility. This is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with such a wide variety of different foods, from a delicate fish dish to a spicy curry.
It stands its own ground well, but is not overpowering. I've had some horrible Sauvignon Blancs from other regions - this is the exact opposite. Just the right amount of dryness, but without the horrid acidic aftertaste that many other regions leave you with.
Definitely one I shall be buying again.
