the shoes are good looking but at the back of the heal the inside is a bit too hard they look great on,buy them and try is your best bet

excellent service
I ordered & picked up these shoes from our local Food outlet store, which was so convenient. As always, the service from M&S was superb, staff are always so friendly & helpful. This is a repeat purchase of a pair of work shoes - bought because the first pair have lasted so much longer than ones bought in the past from other retailers. Well done M&S!

Falling apart
I have had these shoes for less that two weeks and the front of the left sole is coming away from the shoe I will have to get them repaired as sending them back is a drama as I need them for work.
I normally go through one pair of shoes every three and a half months because of work and this is the first time I have had an issue, still happy with M&S been wearing the brand for years.

Poor fit
these were good shoes but bought because they were supposed to be 'wider fit'. They felt the same width as regular, so no advantage with buying a wider fit to accomadate bunions!
