This is the second one of these duvets I've bought in the last few months. My husband and I were so delighted with the first, that I have bought another for our other home. Yes they are expensive but worth every penny. It''s like snuggling down under a gorgeous fluffy cloud at night. A great nights sleep every night. Zzzzzz

This duvet is perfect! Nice and light, always had 13.5 previously, and this one is only a 10.5 Tog, but it is soooo warm and cosy as it is Goose Down and I have previously had feather and down duvets. Really delighted with this one and would recommend it to anyone. Would certainly purchase it again.

We were so delighted with our new winter duvet that we immediately ordered the lighter tog version for summer. Until now we have always used M&S anti-allergy artificial fibre duvets, but a stay in a hotel with down-filled duvets converted us to the real deal. Not only does our new duvet keep the warmth in better & for longer, but it is also much lighter, which means our sleep is more comfortable & bed-making is a breeze.

This is a beautiful duvet to sleep under. Its so light yet so warm and because it is made of a 100% natural filling, you don't sweat underneath it as you would under a manmade fibre duvet. It looks sumptuous and inviting when your bed is made too. I would thoroughly recommend this duvet to all and sundry. I have only given it 4 out of 5 on the 'value for money' score as it was £229 for a king size one which seemed a little on the expensive side. In all other areas, I couldn't fault it - Well done M&S!

I was rather unsure about paying such a premium for this duvet. It is certainly light and seems to be warm, but it does make a sort of crackly noise when it shifts - not too sure why. The 'squares,' evident in the picture of the item, are not so evident on the duvet itself and I'm therefore concerned that there might be some shift in the down (very common in feather duvets, where eventually all the feathers end up at the bottom!) Will persevere and see how it works out.

Quality of casing

I thought that the casing for this luxury duvet let the product down. I have had a duvet like this before from another well known store which needs rereplacing after many years, and the casing was very soft . Your casing was 'noisy and crackly' if that makes sense!! Sorry. Service excellent. Luckily I did not fully open the pack or I gather I would not have able to return it. I think this should be made clear! I do admit that I am fussy.

The duvet is just right. Light and warm. Snugly but not too much. I did wonder whether to order a lower tog but this is perfect for a room with windows open in late summer/autumn temperatures. Expensive but worth it.

This duvet is wonderful. It's like having a fluffy white cloud to snuggle down with. Expensive yes, but well worth the money. You get what you pay for - quality! It's also not too bulky so it drapes very nicely over the bed. A real winner M&S.

A top of the range product, as such it demands a high price, I do not skimp on quality and am delighted with this product. As with other reviews, on opening the packaging there was a 'duck' odour, which soon disappeared after a couple of hours airing. Super lightweight, the tight weave outer cotton fabric is extra soft to the touch, seems an aweful waste of that luxurious feel putting it into a quilt cover.
