Autograph Pyrenean 13.5 Tog Feather Duvet
I was concerned by the negative reviews but I very glad I gave it go.
It is lovely and light and warm. We had previously had an all- seasons feather and down mix which was heavy and tended to drape away from your body. This one is like a cocoon - great!

Inflexible and heavy
I was really expecting this to be the bees knees having had a competitors goose down duvet (but with down from an unknown source) for 20 years plus during which it was exceptional but finally got old. The Pyrenean Goose Down duvet is very heavy because the down can't be redistributed thanks to the square pockets, and the cover is inflexible and crackles like a tarpaulin. Look elsewhere.

Poor quality control
I have just taken receipt of my second duvet. First one had a square of the duvet with no feathers in at all. The second duvet has two squares with few feathers and a few squares with lots of feathers. Poor quality control. I will keep this one as the two suspect sqares are at the end of the quilt but for £199 this is poor

Quality Control needs improving
We purchased the super kingsize duvet for collection from a local M&S store. When we got the duvet home we found two of the stitched squares had no filling at all thereby creating two "cold spots". We had to return the duvet to the store and wait a further week for a replacement. Thankfully this is perfect.
So much for M&S quality control! - a very disappointing experience.
