Cannot tell you how much my mother loved this bouquet. Delivered promptly on Nov 18 and it is now Dec 2 and she is still raving about how beautiful it still looks. I've purchased flowers often, but never with this longevity, which is fantastic as flowers these days don't come cheap. Will be ordering again --- Marks and Spencer never let me down!

Was a gift
One of my dearest friends had just lost her Dad. I wanted to send her flowers for herself and chose this bouquet for HER .
She sent me a photo of the bouquet and frankly I was embarrassed. She had only four roses. I decided to let M & S know how disappointed I was - to put it mildly.
The company refunded my £50 which I thought was admirable in the circumstances. It did not help the fact that I was embarrassed by the meagre amount of flowers actually delivered, but I most certainly do not blame M&S for this. Everything was done to make up for my utter disappointment - and my friend didn't know that she received an inferior gesture of love and sympathy.
One good thing about M & S is their sense of the importance of Customer Service and in this instance I offer my thanks for their serious attempt to take this situation on board. It will not prevent me from ordering here again.

Ordered this luxury bouquet as a special thank you gift for my daughter. I asked her to send me a photo when she received it as I was so sure it would look so special. Really really disappointed as it was simply a bouquet of white roses with none of the added luxury, unusual flowers in the bouquet. Will think twice before ordering from M and S flowers again.
