ABOUT THIS WINE:
Australia is famous for its deliciously ripe, deeply fruity Chardonnays. This is a refreshing, well-balanced wine with just a small proportion aged in oak for a subtle dab of extra richness. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap - our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.

With flavours of peach and pineapple, together with a lightly creamy, nutty texture, this is a deliciously easy-drinking white.

Cobborah South Eastern Australia Chardonnay 2010: A refreshing and juicy Australian chardonnay, packed with peach, lemon and pineapple fruit. The zesty flavours of the wine are carefully balanced with a light touch of creamy oak
ABOUT THIS WINE:
This vibrant wine is typical of the fresh and less oak driven style of Australian Chardonnay now so popular with modern wine drinkers. In order to retain maximum flavour, winemaker and white wine specialist, John Coughlan, harvested his grapes at night. He then gave the wine just a lick of oak to flesh out the clean fruit flavours and to create for us a delicious New World Chardonnay with great balance and finesse.
ABOUT THIS WINE: This wine has been sealed with a screw cap, our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
SERVING:
This wine should be served chilled and is ideal for summer party drinking. The ripe, tropical fruit flavours will also match well with simple foods such as grilled salmon, chicken Caesar salad or king prawns pan-fried in garlic butter.
KEEPING: This fruity style of wine is best drunk young, within six months of purchase. Once opened, drink within two days, keeping the bottle re-sealed and refrigerated.
