3 Wooden Utensil Set

I bought this set of wooden utensils instead of the usual thin spindly ones which never last very long. This set is absolutely fantastic. They are so much thicker, stronger and more durable than your average wooden spoons. The handles are longer also which is really useful when stirring a hot pan. All in all, I'm over the moon with these utensils. They also look really stylish in my kitchen! They wash up really well (I always wash them immediately so that no sauces etc stain or soak into the wood). Reading one of the previous reviews, the reason they shouldn't go in the dishwasher is because wooden utensils should never be submerged in water for a long period of time. It's really no hardship washing them by hand though! Thoroughly recommend this item. Thank you M&S.

I bought this set of wooden utensils over a similar set that were thinner (also M&S) as they felt better in my hand and looked a lot better in terms of quality and longevity. I will be using these along with the M&S Stainless Steel handled Silicon utensils with my new Non-Stick Pans to protect the surface and get the most out of them. All in all very happy with the purchase and I can see why these are more than the other set, stronger and thicker design and better all-round.

I bought this set to use with the M&S pan set which I bought at the same time. The wood is beautifully smooth and I'll be using them to protect the non-stick surface of my new pans in my motorhome.

Rather disappointed to find these wooden utensils have to be hand washed - there is no mention of this in the product description ! After using to make some sauces, surely the utensils would be better cleaned in a dishwasher to get rid of heavy staining (for those people who have a dishwasher that is). Although they look quite stylish, the handles seem rather big & not that comfortable to hold, so unfortunately these may have to be returned. They may of course be OK for other people. PS - what on earth does Composition :100% dummy fast track mean in the product details. I would have expected the composition to be wood !!
