- We’ll carefully prepare your food order just for you, so please consider our preparation time when placing your order. Some food orders take than longer to prepare than others. Please take a look at each product for more details. Orders can only be amended up to 24 hours before we begin to prepare your food.

Returns and refunds
If you’d like to speak to us about your food order call us on 0333 014 8222, our lines are open 8am to 7pm every day.
It’s really important that you collect your food order from store on the arranged date. As food orders are perishable, we don’t keep them until the next day. If you don’t collect your food order, you’ll receive a 30% refund.

Preparation and serving
- Cooking Instructions: Chicken & Bacon Kebabs- Domestic grills vary. The following is a guide only. Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Remove film from foil tray. Place tin foil over the exposed ends of the skewers. Place tray under the grill on the top shelf. Cook for 16 - 18 minutes turning frequently. Check that product is hot before serving, there should be no pink meat remaining. Do not reheat
- Lamb Kofta- Domestic grills vary. The following is a guide only. Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Remove film from foil tray. Place tin foil over the exposed ends of the skewers. Place tray under the grill on the top shelf. Cook for 13 - 15 minutes turning frequently. Check that product is hot before serving, there should be no pink meat remaining. Do not reheat
- Root Beer Kebab - Domestic grills vary. The following is a guide only. Pre heat grill to medium heat. Remove film and sauce sachet from foil tray. Place tin foil over the exposed ends of the skewers. Place tray under the grill on the top shelf and cook for 6 minutes turning once during cooking. Remove from grill and pour contents of the sachet over the kebabs ensuring an even coating. Return to the grill for a further 6 minutes turning once.
- Check that product is hot before serving, there should be no pink meat remaining. Turn kebabs in sauce and place on serving plate, pour remaining sauce over kebabs and serve. Do not reheat
