worst purchase ever
I recently bought 2 bath towels. After the second wash the binding on the edge of the towels started to fray. They also shed a lot too, fluff all over the bathroom floor. I have never had such poor quality towels like them ever before. I took them back and they were exchanged. I did a quick wash on the second lot before use and this time when I took them out of the washer they had again frayed at the edges. I complained to M & S who have told me to take them back to the store.

Worst purchase ever
Towels still shedding really badly even after several washes, end up with a faint layer of towel on skin and bathroom floor after showering. Have had to return 3 bath mats due to fraying after laundering, 4th one is now fraying but cannot exchange as no longer in stock. Cotton band at each end of the towels is shrinking causing towel to pucker, only bought the towels in May, dread to think what they will look like in a years time. Worst purchase ever from M & S.

Top quality
Had these towels before, highly recommend them. Lovely and thick, generous sizes. Got them with 20% off so an even bigger bargain, happy to pay full price as such good quality. Fantastic range of colours, wash and tumble dry really well.
