1-Click Ordering

1-Click Ordering - UK deliveries only

1-Click ordering is the fastest, easiest way to place most orders at marksandspencer.com. You can place an order using 1-Click as soon as you see something you want to purchase. On the product detail page, you'll see a sign in to turn on 1-Click link underneath the ADD TO BASKET button. Click on the link and follow the instructions. Once it's set up, you can place an order to any delivery address you've used before, just by clicking one button.

Delivery and billing information will be filled in automatically from your account details so it's vital that your delivery address and payment details are correct and kept up to date.

You can check or change your details in My Account.

If you place an order with 1-Click, then place another 1-Click order within 30 minutes, we'll minimize your delivery charges by combining your items into as few deliveries as possible.

Please note that 1-Click is not available for flowers, plants, food and wine gift orders or Made to Measure Shirts. 1-Click cannot be used for international deliveries, shopping on your mobile or for orders collected in stores. It can only be used when sending items by standard delivery to a non-store UK address.

Promotional offers cannot be used with 1-Click. If you have placed an order using 1-Click and have a valid promotion code to use, please contact us as soon as possible.
