Preheat the oven to 180C fan. Arrange the
M&S Oakham Gold chicken thigh fillets (4)
in a shallow tray and spoon over the
M&S Korean marinade (50 g)
. If you have time, allow to marinate for 1 hour, covered, in the fridge – but don’t worry if not, they’ll still taste amazing.

Tip the chicken along with the marinade into a roasting tray, skin-side up. Bake for 45 minutes, until the skin is golden and the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken in the
M&S Japanese milk buns (4)
along with the
